We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unopened, or defective merchandise unless it is on the non-returnable list. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless we have determined it to be defective. Defective Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup, shipping and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

We are not responsible for mistakes made on color, size, incorrect part numbers given by other companies or internet listings.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
When you must return an item you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost. Customers receiving free shipping will still be responsible for our original shipping cost. Please check the non-returnable item list. All Cal Spas, Cal Flame, Hotspring, and Freeflow Spas parts are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee.
All Filters and Pillow/Cushions items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued.
