We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unopened, or defective merchandise unless it is on the non-returnable list. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless we have determined it to be defective. Defective Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup, shipping and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We charge a 3% fee plus $10.00 refund fee if an order is cancelled before the items are shipped. These fees also apply to returned items.
Items that are found or presummed to be defective must be reported to California Hot Spas within ten days of receiving the items. A replacement item cannot be issued after ten days. If you believe your item is defective you must call us so we can diagnose the problem and try to resolve any issues. If any electrical items are found to be defective they must be returned and verified to be defective before a replacement item is sent out. California Hot Spas does not issue refunds for defective items. We only issue replacement items if the items purchased are found to be defective. If the presummed defective items are tested and found to be tampered with or they have been miswired we will not issue a replacement. Original shipping charges will not be refunded in any return situation.

We are not responsible for mistakes made on color, size, incorrect part numbers given by other companies or internet listings.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
When you must return an item you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost. Customers receiving free shipping will still be responsible for our original shipping cost. Please check the non-returnable item list. All Cal Spas, Cal Flame, Hotspring, and Freeflow Spas parts are subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee.
All Filters and Pillow/Cushions items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
